Refund policy

Our return and refund policy allows you to request a return within 3 to 5 days of receiving your order,(Refund will be provided within 3 to 5 working days) provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that gift cards, digital downloads, personal care items, and final sale products cannot be returned. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you, and if approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
